The Met Live in HD: Puccini's Tosca

Andris Nelsons conducts a new staging of Puccini’s dramatic tragedy, directed by Sir David McVicar. Sonya Yoncheva and Jonas Kaufmann star as the heroine Tosca and her lover Cavaradossi, with Bryn Terfel as the villainous Scarpia.

Sonya Yoncheva is the first artist to have three principal roles in the same HD season. In addition toTosca on January 27, 2018, she stars as Mimì in Puccini’s La Bohème on February 24, 2018, and as Luisa in Verdi’sLuisa Miller on April 14, 2018.
